The Smart Probe offers 10 preset temperature settings based on USDA recommendations for different meat types and doneness levels, as well as one customizable open setting for users to set their desired temperature. Delivering accurate readings in just 4 to 5 seconds, the thermometer is equipped with a built-in torch light and backlit screen, making it ideal for cooking in low-light conditions.
Capable of reading temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, the Smart Probe has a wide temperature range of 58°F to 572°F (-50°C to 300°C). The device comes with two AAA batteries included, ensuring it is ready for use right out of the box.
